We suggest contacting the hotel by phone during reception hours, so we can guide you to and through the night entrance.

On request, we prepare dinner (cold plate) for you.


- Early birds

Breakfast is available at the hotel. 
If you arrive before the room is ready, feel free to already check in your luggage and use the changing room in the "local a ski" so you can immediately hit the slopes.

Early morning departure (before 9 AM)

We ask you to inform us the night before so we can provide breakfast or bread to take along with you.

Where is the hotel located?

The hotel is situated within the Tignes Le Lac community; nearby (ski) schools, local shops and the swimming pool and sports centre.

Closest ski lift: Le Rosset (free lift)

Which are the south-facing rooms?


There are both twin and family rooms facing south.

Contrary to the North-facing rooms, they each have a balcony with a view of the lake and the Grande Motte glacier.

Accepted payment methods


We accept several different bank cards (e.g. Visa, Maestro, AMEX…), bank cheques, cash (only euros)

Can I bring my pet?


Yes, your pet is accommodated for 10€ per day, though we ask you to inform us about your pet throughout the reservation. However, possibly your pet will be denied access to the restaurant.

Do we provide airport/train station shuttle services?


No, but we can provide information concerning public transport, or we can reserve a taxi.

Is there parking available near the hotel?

The hotel doesn't have private parking.

Winter :

Payed underground parking in Tignes is obligatory.

The nearest parking is le Rosset (50 meters from the hotel), then Lac 3 (10 minutes by walk from the hotel).

We strongly recommend you to book your parking place before your arrival, on www.indigoneo.fr

Summer : You can park around the hotel for free.

Do we sell ski passes?

We sell ski passes for both Tignes & Val d'Isère. You need to order it, 48 hours before your first day of ski.

- It saves you time (no waiting at the sales register)
- Money (depending on the time of the year, we might be able to offer great deals!)

How do I get to the hotel?

There is a bus station nearby, at the tourist office/Maison Tignes. From there, you can take a free shuttle bus to Le Rosset (just around the corner from the hotel)

The most nearby underground parking is located underneath the tourist office/Maison Tignes (P3) which is approximately a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Is the Spa open for non-guests?


No, the Spa is reserved for hotel clients only.

Do we offer massage therapy?

Yes, but only on reservation 24 to 48 hours beforehand.


For specifics, we refer you to the reception desk.

What is offered at breakfast?


We offer a continental breakfast buffet, including hot and cold beverages.

Is there a ski room?


For your comfort there is:

- A ski room equipped with warm air boot dryers
- Two showers for the day of arrival/ departure

Can we get a deal on ski rental?

We have an ongoing partnership with a ski shop nearby.
