Located at the foot of the slopes and next to the lifts, the is perfectly situated for getting on the pistes. Thanks to its altitude (2100 m), which ensures a unique combination of excellent snow conditions and sunny weather, Tignes has become a Mecca for great skiing.
Whether you are an expert skier or a complete beginner, you will love the diversity offered by the Espace Killy. Extending from 1550 m to 3450 m, the ski area provides 300 km of slopes covering all levels of difficulty.
Your Espace Killy ski pass gives free access to both the “Lagon” swimming pool and the skating rink (offer valid with any 2- to 15-day ski pass, from 28th of November to 1st of May).
You can also enjoy the ski area’s snowparks – the gliss’park for riders, and the Swatch snowpark and its Big Air Bag Gun for freestylers.
Tignes in winter also means unlimited opportunities to try a multitude of other exciting sports, such as ice diving, paragliding, dog sledding, ice karting or, more simply, an outing on snowshoes.

Summer: Tignes lake and other activities
Between lakes and mountains, the Hotel the paquisis ideally situated for exploring the area’s numerous hiking trails, which include a section of the GR5 long-distance footpath, and for admiring the fauna and flora of the Vanoise National Park. But that is not all…
All the guests at our hotel receive a Sportignes card from the resort, which gives free access to over 20 sports activities. These include “beach” sports, such as beach soccer, beach volleyball and catamaran sailing, as well as “family” activities, such as pedal boating, swimming and trampolining. Not to mention more “out there” activities, such as the Bike Park, the water jump, “hot jumping” and the “crazy air bag”.

Summer in Tignes also means skiing on the Grande Motte glacier at an altitude of 3456 m. The glacier’s snowpark has become a great favourite with both professional and amateur freestylers and don't forget the Golf!
And if you simply want to enjoy the beautiful mountain countryside without exhausting yourself, the lifts are also open to pedestrians.
